Biography
Alfonso V Botello is PhD in Chemical Oceanography from University ofMexico and University of Texas and working environmental aspects in coastal areas at the Gulf ofMexico since 1978. He is the responsible of the Coastal and Oceanic Process Unit at University of Mexico. He has published more than 80 papers and several chapters in reputed journals and books on marine and coastal pollution and served as editor of books on Vulnerability of coastal areas due to climate change.
